Working with Synthetic Lawns of Las Vegas had to be one of the GREATEST customer service experiences I've ever had! Here's how it went down -
I messaged them on Yelp and they responded to my message within 10 minutes. After speaking on the phone, we decided to set up a site visit - he happened to be near my place and said he'd swing that same day (this was a Sunday afternoon) the fact that they answered so quickly and came by the very same day totally blew us away! It's hard enough to get ahold of contractors during regular business hours let alone a weekend.
After picking a product, we scheduled and install date around 10 days later. They showed up on time, did a fantastic install and a very thorough clean up. Couldn't be more happy with our yard and the service we got! The guys at Synthetic Lawns of Las Vegas went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure we loved our new lawn! I HIGHLY recommend using them!
