Called Matt around 2:30pm on a Thursday afternoon after the torsion spring snapped on our garage door, thereby holding our van hostage in the garage. He assured me he would be able to get it fixed by evening, and that he'd be able to be to our house between 5 and 7pm, and would call first. I was thrilled that a professional could make it same-day. Sure enough, he called at 5:45pm and arrived 5 minutes later. Personable and professional, he replaced the broken spring, evaluated the entire door assembly and motor, and lubricated everything. Didn't try and sell me anything else. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and experienced and assured me everything else was in good working order. In less than 30 minutes, I had a fully functional garage door again. Quite frankly, the price I paid was extremely fair considering it was more of a last minute, somewhat urgent request. I honestly expected to pay double for the fast response and repair.
