Do not waste your time. I wish I came to Yelp! Before I wasted my money. I bought a Groupon for my husband and I. We schedule it 2 weeks in advance. The day of, we call to let him know that we are on our way... Only then does he let us know that he rescheduled us- this was unbeknownst to us. Remember, we planned our day's activities around our scheduled appointment.
His explanation for why he failed to inform us was that he thought someone else called. Whaaaaat? This is his business, and he can't keep track of his own books or communicate with his own staff? RED FLAG! Worst part, when I asked for a refund he hung up on me- while I was mid sentence. He is unbelievably UNPROFESSIONAL. Sad.
