As sketchy as hell, this place strikes me. Sam also sells used cars at his establishment. When I went in to test-drive one (that had, incidentally, been listed on Craigslist as 'for sale by owner' and titled not to his business but to an unknown third party) Sam verbally presented history on the salvage-titled vehicle that I knew to be false, because, unbeknownst to him, I'd already run a CarFax report on said vehicle. What's more, he refused to permit me to take the vehicle to my trusted mechanic (fellow whose shop is just down the street, as a matter of fact) for a thorough inspection. Make what you will of these statements of fact, but to me, they scream 'CAVEAT EMPTOR'.....'BUYER BEWARE', and I'd strongly recommend that you independently verify any statement he makes about any vehicle he's selling.
