I went to this location around 6/26/2017 specifically asking for an audiogram, none of the associated tests. I told the audiologist that as well, when she demanded that I have the other tests (tympanomentry, etc) or wouldn't do anything for me. I told her I wasn't paying for the extra tests but she did them anyway and i let her since I was being blackmailed. I've had hearing tests since I was in grade school... This is not my first rodeo and I knew exactly what caused my hearing loss.... Just needed an audiogram to show the extend of degredation. Later, I get a bill with all these extra test fees. I call the office and leave a message asking for the manager to talk about the bill...... He never contacted me.... Not until over a month later when I get a lawyer involved in regards to insurance fraud. BE WARNED... this is the kind of treatment to expect from this office!
