revisited this past wkend and still had a stellar front desk experience but they placed me in a bella suite this time in the venezia tower. double whammy.
the venezia tower definitely seems older and i will prefer the venetian tower over the venezia anytime. the venezia does seem classier and quieter, perfect for the middle aged couples retreat. the venetian is just more lively being closer to the casino floor with 3 separate towers.
our room had dual sinks with a large shower and bath. separate toilet room with a vanity mirror. the only thing i can complain about the room is the bed and the dim lighting. the bed for the venezia bella was a disappointment because it was nothing like the venetian bella i had last time. after a long night of hardcore substance abuse and partying the first thing you'd want to come back to the hotel to is a nice comfy bed.
venetian tip of the day: definitely take advantage of the free slot credit that comes with the room. we had 50 dollars worth of credits and we redeeemed it via club grazie and i got back 60 dollars! pretty much converted the slot credits back to cash :) BINGO!
oh well, i think lesson well learned for me. my amore is still with the ventian :)
