In a town where sometimes service industries lack in the customer care department I was impressed with what I read on Yelp regarding CarePro. Gustavo immediately answered my call and set up an appointment at my convenience. I needed my upstairs carpet stretched and cleaned due to many pet stains. Chris and Russell called prior to my appointment and were even able to come several hours sooner. I love that! In two hours my carpet was stretched and carpet cleaned.. You would never know a pet used to live here! I will definitely be recommending CarePro to others.
