I have been coming to C-U monthly to see my elderly mother, and Country Inn is where I stay. I had some issues the first time I stayed there, and when I gave my feedback online I immediately heard from someone who was glad I'd been honest and brought the problem to his attention. He got the problem fixed right away. Since then.....no issues. Once I left some clothes in the dresser drawers and when I called, my clothers were UPS'd to me quickly, all safe. I find the staff to be friendly and professional, and am especially surprised to see a negative comment about Brian, who has always been accomodating and professional with me. Penny and Casey are also great. I don't usually like hotel breakfasts, but as they go, this one isn't bad. They always have real oatmeal, so I can always find something.
