Terrible service, both from sales staff and service personnel. Staff yells at you for even being near some of the more expensive cars. When we were test driving cars, one of the salesmen made extremely insulting remarks about our old car. We had to request someone else help us. We ended up buying our car there because we couldn't find it elsewhere. The sound system has major issues which they've failed to fix 3 times, including once with the aid of some guest "expert." Now we have VIP service and we go there to have the car cleaned, and you can't even tell it was cleaned, super sloppy job. I know it might be hard to believe they are so bad, especially considering all of their "awards" but there is literally no reason to go there. They are awful, especially for a luxury brand dealership.
