When I arrived at the Denham & Co, salon for my appointment
no one at the counter even acknowledged my arrival. there were 2 girls chatting away,and gave me a quick glance as if i was bothering them.
as i looked around the salon it wasn't what I would expect for a downtown salon. it looked rather like a barber shop. the staff didn't look very professional either. after waiting for a few minutes,a hairstylist came over and asked me if I needed assistance in a rather rude tone,as if I was bothering him. that is when i decided to leave. i don't even think the girls even paid attention when i left. later that same day,i had run into a friend who tried the salon before. and after her comments, I'm so glad that I decided to leave. To be truthful,I don't understand how they make money. Very poor service and atmosphere.
