I use this apartment as one of my housing when traveling. I'm here probably twice a month for a total of maybe 5 days out of the month. When I first moved in my apartment wasn't cleaned, the patio door wouldn't lock after about two months of notifying them to fix, my patio window is still cracked as the day I moved which we have requested to fix too many times to even care anymore, the property is always in some type of repair, there's never clean towels for the pool area, coffee bar is usually filthy and never cleaned especially in the morning when you go get coffee and everything is out or not working with trash overflow from the day before, parking rule is never adhered to so even though you aren't supposed to park in covered parking without a sticker- no one follows the rules and management keeps saying they will crack down but that clearly is not the case, then there's a $25/mo fee for trash pick up but no one ever comes to pick up trash so I have to do it myself anyways-forget about complaining because it gets nowhere. Oh!! And let's not mention about the bugs around the property that will get into your apartment as well. It's not from my apartment not being clean because I have a housekeeper that comes into clean the apartment when I leave to make sure it's clean when I get back. My apartment is spotless and I still get weird bugs crawling around in the apartment which only means this place isn't built very tight. Can't wait until the day my lease ends and can rent someplace worth the luxury apartment rent. My rent for a two bedroom with patio and lake view is $1836. I'm sure all you can find a better option for that price than here. Stay away..
