I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to need water restoration services. Fortunately Insurance Restoration Services was the company I choose. My insurance company recommended them and of course I checked them out on yelp. They had really good reviews and I'm here to add one more. I felt confident that they were doing a great job and using the right tools to ensure that the drywall, baseboard, etc. were indeed dried. Who needs mold? Another reviewer mentioned that they change up the employees handling the job. While that might seem disconcerting to some, remember that water & fire damages happened 24hrs/7days a week and staff gets days off. What I found is that all the employees are well trained and that's what matters. They answered my questions and showed me wet vs dry reading. So solid Five Stars to IRS for a thorough and high quality job.
