I've changed my mind about this place. The nice lady who did my eyebrows could never figure out how to take my payment and would complain about it, always having to get help & keep me waiting for about 10 minutes. This happened 2 times. Then she griped that I was using my card & if I could go to the ATM to get money for her tip. I said no! I went back one more time and the last time. The lady wad gone & a new one was there. She had a hard time following my request, which was no arch. It took her forever to do this & she sketched the shape first with an eyebrow pencil. No other person who threaded my eyebrows did this. She just made it so complicated & the her supervisor asked why I wouldn't want an arch. What a stupid question, which I didn't bother to answer.
