I certainly hope that Dr. Loo is not doing retina detachment surgery anymore! He botched mine 10 years ago so badly that I needed five very painful laser surgeries afterwards. Dr. Parker finally put me under his care and finnished the last 3 laser treatments. I have been legally blind in that eye until this year when I was finally cleared for implant surgery. I went to Yale university, and Dr. Tom..look him up...advised that I should continue exactly what Dr. Russell Jayne has been advising me all these years.
