So nice to see a company that communicates so well, whether on its site, by email, text, telephone and person- across the board. And then does what it says it's going to do, and indeed over delivers on service and quality. Without looking for a cookie or praise for doing what it's supposed to do. No drama, no Rogers/Bell b.s., no nickel and diming you, no Ikea b.s. giving you generic numbers to call so you can sit on hold forever. Just great service, great product, timely and efficient.
