Hmmm... not sure what the bad reviews are about. Let me tell you my experience with Mike Love at Love Pools. They have replaced two of my pool pumps with high-efficiency pumps and totally replumbed my whole system and added a second heater for my main pool. They also installed a remote Pentair intelligence system that I can manage from my phone. Their work is good but it is the individual attention and almost immediate response that I get from Mike that tells me he loves and cares about his company. Every time I have a glitch or problem with my system I simply call him or send him a text and he takes the time to respond and usually gets a service person to my house within 48 hours. I don't have any experience with their pool cleaning service but as as far as their installation and pool renovation and knowledge these guys are awesome!
