They really have no customer service, buyer beware! purchased an LG french door refrigerator 7 months ago and within 3 months of purchase little plastic pieces falling off from the door. No help from HH Gregg, they hung up on me when I explained that LG was not helping me. Will place a review on LG with pictures of all the plastic parts that have come off. 2 horrible companies, HH Gregg and LG combined to make your shopping experience for a new appliance horrible. Also purchased a washer and dryer from HHGregg and the washing machine does not perform, will be purchasing a new one very soon.
