HORRIBLE customer service . Had some custom drapes dry cleaned and Tiffaniy's shrunk them 6-8 inches + lining was unattached to drape when I picked up. Took back to be fixed. Picked them back up a few days later and they told me they stretched them + reattached the lining. Took them home + still 6-8inches short .. Stretching did not work. Took them back again, Told me they would send to their alterations person + get back to me. Called a week later to let me know drapes were ready to be picked up. When I went back the 3rd time, they didn't do any alterations said would cost $150 to repair + weren't doing that ... Told me again they just stretched it. Still 6-8 inches short. The manager Martin is a real jerk. Horrible to deal with -I would not recommend this dry cleaner.
