I will admit, I am conflicted about whether or not I should give two or three stars. I finally got my table today, 7 months after I put the table into production. I was originally told the table would take 8-10 weeks but figured it would be closer to 12 since the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays were within the 10-week window. I have been told numerous times since the end of December that my table was almost complete, completed and/or ready to ship. The communication was not always consistent or prompt either.
In the end, I am giving three stars because the table is amazing and Rusty took action on my order. He let me know what had been done from a company perspective about the negative experience with my order and personally oversaw the last stages of my order. I got an excellent price for a custom table, the table is awesome, and it was even their idea to do the bottle cap rail sites, which came out amazing. Sometimes, companies that provide custom work or products make you feel like you are the one with the problem when customer service doesn't fulfill expectations. Rusty and Diamondback Billiards never made me feel like they were trying to deflect or shift blame. Rusty recognized there was an issue, apologized, took action and delivered a quality product. Thank you Diamondback Billiards for helping me complete my outdoor sanctuary!!
