I was really disappointed today. I love coming to Dutch Bro's, but I feel like the experience has not been up to par lately. I love trying new drinks and taking recommendations, but today I wanted to try a new drink and was super excited, but the employees in line just seemed like they wanted the line of cars to go quickly. I know that they are busy, but do not continue to sacrifice customer service I always make it a point to make sure they put soy or almond milk in my drinks, but today that was not the case. I asked for soy, and double checked at the window, the top of the cup even said soy. I grabbed the cup and I drove home. Well there was not soy in the drink. I just feel like the experience is not the same and the dedication to make sure the drink is right is not either.
