Not surprised by the negative reviews at all. Staff is unhelpful and abrupt, if they're present at all. It seems like anything is more important than customer service here. Some staff try to be helpful but most just honestly ignore customers. Also, products advertised being in stock online are not in stock in store. Arun and Elena were the only ones who helped me, and they was friendly and tried to help as much as they could. The units on display don't have corresponding stock to purchase, and many display stands just have bare charging ports sticking out, the product they offer is lacking. I prefer best buy if you're going to reserve online or order online but this particular location is highly disappointing. I only ever come in if I am able to reserve online, and just pay quickly to get in and out quickly.
