I needed an oversized washer to clean my dogs bed so I went on a search for a laundromat- reluctantly! I drove to this unfamiliar part of town and am so glad I did ! I walked in and was so impressed with how clean and modern this place was. I started my load and went to pay by card (each machine takes credit or coin). Unfortunately, The network was down and the machine wouldn't take my card. I was frustrated because my soap was already in the machine and I didn't have cash. The owner saw me getting frustrated and came out of the office to help me. He walked me over to a store w an ATM but I didn't want to pay the extra $3 to withdrawal money so he offered to wash my items for me. He let me know he didn't want this to be a waste of my time so he said to just come back the next day and he'd have them washed & dried for me. Now that's an example of going above and beyond to not lose a customer I will definitely be back!
