Just wanted to add that in all this time, they have my contact information, they haven't called to give one status other than it was going to cost me 30 dollars more because it was the whole zipper. I called today and it is finally ready but I had to keep calling to find out a status. Not sure why I only got one call and it was to tell me I owe more money. I was already aware it would cost more if they had to get a zipper. I guess the rest of the yelpers who had good experiences here were lucky.
