The worst customer service ever! At least 10-20 minute wait for anyone to answer the phone, the voice mailbox option does not work or is always so full you cannot leave a message and then the receptionist put me on hold for another 20 minutes without verifying whether the appointment made is valid!! I have spent two hours this morning trying to make this appointment! Ridiculous. Would not recommend this office, if they are this bad at answering phones how will they handle my insurance and billing information?!?
