If I could give 0 stars to this company, I would. It is worse costumer service that I had in my life.Their dispatch told me that plumber can come only on Monday or Wednesday. I told him I am working this days and wonted make an appointment on Tuesday. He answered me they are booked for Tuesday. I called at my work, asked my supervisor to change my schedule and give me Monday off, supervisor agreed. In 2 hours I got a call from Lion's Den that plumbers can not come on Monday, they ONLY CAN COME ON Tuesday.
Finally, when they came, they were very rued and evil to me. Everything I asked, they told me "NO! We are not doing it". When I noticed that one of them staying on my counter with his shoes on. I asked him why is walking on my counter with shoes, he started hysterically yield at me, After it he started packed his stuff and told me they are leaving right now and will live me with no water in the house.
