This is a horrible place to live!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE. I couldn't sleep due to the extremely thin walls and people outside at all times of the night. I can hear my neighbors full conversations and when they use the restroom through the walls. The management staff is extremely rude and not helpful at all. My a/c has broke twice and I have only lived here 4 months. There are bugs all over my apartment. They have had a ton of break-ins. It's not safe and I don't feel safe at all. The rock security is never on property when they are scheduled to be. The lawn service is a man that gets his mover out of his Honda civic trunk. Don't be surprised if he is mowing outside your window at 6 a.m. You would think they would have a company that does back round checks caring for the property in a gated community. Overall this place is a joke! Its nice at the first glance but everything is cheap and a big joke. I just moved out because of everything and am so thankful I did. And its funny they changed their name from Dwell to Lyric. I wonder if it was because of all the bad reviews.
