Well the staff wasn't very friendly to me when I first walked in...shoving me in a corner table for 2 when pretty much the whole dining room was open. I asked to move to a bigger table and they told me no so I guess that set the tone. I got the house ramen and thought it was average at best...likewise with the tempura...I wouldn't go out of my way to return here especially after the service.
