I've been going here for over 10 years now, great food and service. Yes during lunch time is really busy but the wait is definitely worth it but today was a different experience. My boyfriend and I went here to get our usual order, we did a phone order to pick up our food. Of course it took almost 20 mins to get in front of the line to get our food. We were in a rush to meet up with my family so we were going to quickly eat in the restaurant and then go.
I'm guessing they had a new cashier girl because after we picked up our food and we were almost done eating, she told us that we couldn't eat at the diner if we did a pick up order. Keep in mind, there was a couple of open tables for others to eat as well. Also, we have done it multiple times where we did a pick up order and ate in the restaurant.
We would have a better experience if the service was better.
