Hadn't been to bike pirates for over a year, found my previous visits less than pleasant with some angry volunteers grudgingly helping out.
Dropped in yesterday for some parts . . . what a change, well organized, helpful volunteers a really pleasant experience, the fella helping was really concerned that I was buying the right part. Great experience, don't know if I just hit a good day or has there been a changing of the guard running the place.
Keep up the good work, will use your services with a generous donation again.
