I was involved in a slip and fall and injured pretty badly. I called Bernstein and Poisson as they offered housecalls. I called in the morning and Jack actually answered the phone just like he says he does on the commercial. By that afternoon, I had an attorney at my door and a dr's appt for the next day. It took months of physical therapy before and after surgery for the healing on my knee (still have pain) . Through it all I was kept up to date on everything. Suleyma was constantly easing my concerns with the length of time it was taking and other things that I had questions on. Eric was the attorney that worked with me on what the deposition would entail and calmed me down when I was nervous.
