Just a quick review of really good service.
After years of dealing with the national companies like ProFlowers and FTD, and with a few bad experiences from them, I decided to "buy local" and use Phoenix Flower Shops for my floral purchases. I've never been disappointed, and my recent purchase reinforced my decision.
Last week, I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my wife to be delivered on the Friday before the holiday. Unfortunately, the arrangement arrived somewhat wilted and warm, as if it hadn't been kept at the correct temperature. I called about it, and the folks at Phoenix Flowers couldn't have been nicer. They were willing to replace the arrangement, but I told them that given the hectic nature of the holiday, I'd be fine with a Monday delivery. The flowers arrived early Monday morning and are beautiful.
