I will start out by describing the process I went through. Being from California, I initially contacted Onyx and inquired about my purchase (2009 c63 AMG). I was impressed with the staff's knowledge of their cars and appreciated the immediate access to additional pictures, car fax and actual mileage reading from Onyx's website. Most dealers hide or omit the actual vehicle mileage in order to lure customers in but these guys post the vehicles' actual mileage on their website. What most people do-not understand is that purchasing a used vehicle, you are buying it "as is" and the buyer is responsible for the vehicle once the title is transferred over. Onyx got me in contact with a reputable and professional mechanic who inspected the vehicle and spent more than enough time with me on the phone discussing the vehicle's current mechanical and cosmetic condition and everything checked out. After inspection, Onyx was more than reasonable with the purchase price and very responsive to any questions, etc. The process was very smooth considering that I am in Los Angeles and basically did everything over the phone/email. When the car was delivered, it had a faulty battery, I contacted Onyx's owner and he was quick to take care of it out of his pocket, which he was not obligated to do so. All in all, it was a really great experience, Onyx is obviously appreciative of their customers and not like other dealers that are overpriced, make a quick buck of you and then forget about their customers. I will definitely recommend this dealer for their quality in their high end product and exceptional customer service. When I am in the market for another vehicle, I definitely plan on going back to Onyx, all the way from Los Angeles. Thanks guys and keep up the excellent work.
