5 stars for the price. The office is a little shabby and located a bit out of the way, but it is more than worth it for the great price you will get on a minivan. We've booked AVR several times, including in Los Angeles as well, and never had a problem with service. Come to think of it, we usually don't have to wait in line as long as at other car rental places either. Office location is the only downside to AVR, so just give yourself some extra time when picking up your van and dropping it off if you're heading to the airport.
