AMAZING customer service! In August 2015, I had Absolute come out and put built-in shelves & bars in my Master closet. The column to one of my shelves was installed directly in front of a double outlet cover (that was not being used). I did not think there would be an issue until I had the cable company out to install cable. The cable technician decided that he would have to break the outlet cover because he could not get to the screws (located directly behind the column). Only after he broke the cover, did he realize that there were no cable wires there. AND he could not replace the cover, because he could not access the screws. So, he left a gaping hole in my wall (for critters to come in my house). I ended up calling Absolute for help. I sent pictures to them. They sent installers out - WITH A BRAND NEW OUTLET COVER - and were able to trim the column back (from the inside of the shelf) to access the screws and replace the cover. You cannot even see the repair work done. And to top it off, they did not even charge me (which, I would have sent to the cable company for reimbursement). SIMPLY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
