I can not say enough about the VCA Hualapai Animal Hospital. After moving to the Vegas area in June, our golden retriever developed a UTI. We met with Dr. Jen Sapanos who was great with our dog and very informative. We were sent home with an antibiotic and were shocked to receive texts from Dr. Sapanos directly to ask how our golden was responding . Fast forward 2 weeks and our golden had an accident while playing that ruptured a disc in her back. Because the incident happened after hours we were sent to an emergency vet and treated there. Dr. Sapanos found out and contacted us immediately to check on our dog. Our golden has paralysis due to the spinal injury and bruising which hopefully will subside when the swelling goes down. I have had many questions and Dr. Sapanos has been answered me promptly even though our dog is being seen by the neuro-specialist for the injury. She has even helped us find available physical therapist. We have never had a vet go above and beyond to help. I HIGHLY recommend the VCA Hualapai Animal Hospital to anyone. The staff is friendly, helpful and truly care about your pet.
The emergency vet, Las Vegas Emergency Vet & Specialists, they recommend on their voicemail is exceptional as well. This office truly cares how your pet is cared for even after hours.
