Car was ready when I arrived in Cleveland on Sept 10. They were very busy earlier and could not pick me up when I called, so I took a cab. No big deal. In less than 10 minutes I was driving off in my rental.
Car (Jeep Cherokee) was clean, drove well, reliable, surefooted -- everything I needed, especially in the torrential rains that fell during the next 2 days.
Returning it was no problem on Sept 14. Everything went smoothly. Many thanks to the staff.
