The worst experience ever !!! went for lunch and order the lunch special, which is the Jerk Chicken and rice and peas, after I ordered the food the lady was preparing it in the back then I realized that I forgot to order another special for one of my co-workers and she came back with my food and I apologized and asked if I can add another special to my order and she responded back " you should have told me before as I have other customers waiting and wont be able to do it" at this point I did not want to cause an issue as I am the customer and trying to spend money at their establishment which is beneficial to them, then I waited till everyone ordered their food.
then I ordered the food again and waited another 10-15 minutes for the food. never had an such a rude and unprofessional service before.
I will never go back there again, that's for sure.
I hope she get some customer service training on how to talk to customer, and hopefully in the future she wont lose them
