I brought my Durango there as it was having stalling issues and this place was recommended to me. Even after I read the bad reviews I thought I would give them a shot as I didn't know where else to go. Well, they couldn't duplicate the problem but said they ran a diagnostic on it for $117. They discovered the "crank shaft sensor" was bad and apparently my battery cables are loose. They wanted to charge me $432 to fix it.
Then...their recommendation was a total fluid flush for another $220. Basically charging me over $650 for a $31 part and a "fluid flush". They didn't bother to mention that my back windows don't roll down, how much the motor would be to fix that OR that when you move the steering wheel it not only kills the truck but also shuts the AC vents off.
Well...a fluid flush is the answer to all my problems, huh?
I think they went for the EASY money/work because I'm a woman. My buddy changed my sensor for $31 in 15 minutes based off a diagram he found online. No need to even lift my truck up. Place is a total, 100% rip off. I would never recommended ANYONE go here.
And did I mention when I dropped my truck off I said I was trying to sell it and the max I'd pay for a repair was $300. They told me NO WAY they could get me under the $432. Well, for $300 they would've made money on me anyway....but nope, wouldn't go under the absurd $432 charge.
