I recently moved down the street and today was my first time coming to this fabulous Freddys location and WOW...service was nothing short than GREAT. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I was very satisfied with their customer service.
I just purchased a brand new vehicle and was worried about the type of machines they used due to my previous car getting scratched up so JUSTIN BECK was very helpful and actually took the time to explain to me how everything worked and gave me reassurance that my car would be pristine (which was true). Employees with the kind of customer service that Justin provided are the employees that will make a company grow and/or continue to strive. I am VERY satisfied. Will be coming here for my weekly wash from now on.
