This is the second time we have used this business and never had a problem. Our Kitchenaid refrigerator was leaking water, stopped making ice and and then the freezer stopped cooling. Appliance Rescue is contracted with Kitchenaid to do their warranty repairs. Our refrigerator was still under warranty through Kitchenaid for this major repair. However, Kitchenaid needed to first confirm that it was indeed the evaporator. Adam first came to our house to confirm this. He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable about the repair and explained everything to us. He confirmed it was the evaporator and then ordered the part. A few days later Jace came out to repair our fridge. He too arrived on time, was courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed our fridge and everything works great! He also went out of his way to explain everything to us.
Every time we called the office the staff was always very polite and nice to us.
