Terrible service. They lied to me over the phone saying they had a car on there lot that was never there in the first place. I told them to hold it, and drove two and a half hours to get it. I got to the store and surprise, surprise, they didn't have it. They tried showing me a turbo that I couldn't afford. Because I had to be at work, I didnt have time to look around, and ended up wasting seven hours in drive time for nothing. I took my business to Power Fiat of North Phoenix, where I was treated so much better. I love my Fiat but I hated the customer service at Fiat of Scottsdale.
