Although the office is very nice and clean and Dr. Roberts was great....unless you have no life outside of Dr's appointments, I would avoid this place. They have absolutely no regard or respect for your time. They just do not care. I have been on hold for 15 minutes, I have waited to check out (yes...check out) for 35 minutes, I have waited for the doctor for almost 2 hours and have even waited on the gynecological table with my clothes off for an hour! Enough is enough people. On my last appointment, I waited for 45 minutes and hadn't even been brought back yet. This was only at 11:30! I walked out and will never return. I understand that sometimes people run behind...but it can be avoided if the offices stop triple booking. Take a stand and do not tolerate these office practices. It's not that difficult to not overbook and stop treating clients like a herd of cattle.
