I wish I had read the reviews before I came in. First .. the photographer Alexis Mancio was awesome! You can find his work on FB. Kind, patient, professional and his photography very well executed...He saved the Day for me! He is the only reason I gave this review 2 Stars or they would have had a -0.
Now the rest of the story...their message machine is always full..their website has no way to contact them and when you try to call them during the hours they are open they pick up the phone and then just hang up so making an appointment or making a complaint is nearly impossible..their studio was filthy...my clothes got dirty/dusty putting them on in the dressing room...the bathroom in shambles...the little make up gal did the makeup okay and she was sweet; however, she flat ironed my hair and burned all the ends off..literally burnt my bangs off...they do not have a hair dryer in the shop or hair scissors to try and fix....the pricing is insane/they have you fill out a financial application when you come in (probably should have been my first clue as to the prices)...and the time required for such a crazy ride was 4 Hours! The place is not worth your time or money. Go somewhere else for your photography needs.
