I wouldn't recommend Glen Lerner to my worst enemy!! Your case gets passed around like a dirty whore, they make it quite apparent they don't care about their clients, and in the end, it's not worth the stress and aggravation. I was rear ended and my case was finally resolved two years later. My case was passed around to several different attorneys in the firm. They make you release ALL of your medical records. During the deposition, my attorney sat there with his head down and played on his cell phone while opposing counsel attacked me. Opposing counsel brought up stuff in my medical history that had absolutely nothing to do with the case. This law office allows the victim to be victimized.
My attorney insisted on pushing the case to arbitration. The morning of the arbitration, my lawyer called and "advised" me to take the settlement and informed me that the arbitration was cancelled. Unbelievable!!! Glad I took time off of work for nothing! Not sure if anyone else reads the fine print in the contract with Glen Lerner, but if a case goes to arbitration, the law office gets a bigger cut of your settlement. My settlement was the same amount I was offered in the beginning of my case, except Glen Lerner took a bigger cut due to the case being pushed to arbitration.
Now I see how Glen Lerner has the money to run all those television ads and post his smug face all over town.
