Positive: Great doctor (Dr. Greenaway) is absolutely amazing. So easy to talk to, and she never make me feel rushed about the appointment. There is nothing to complain here.
Negative: Rude and easily irritable reception staff. If this were United States, these reception staffs would likely be fired by now. The reception staff is not friendly, and every time I call to make an appointment, she makes me feel that I am ruining her day. I expect a better customer service, either that or a new one.
