Had an amazing stay there last spring. Yes it's kinda of expensive but actually reasonably priced compared to other 5 star hotels, and I honestly can't really recall such a good customer service from a hotel. The room was itself was immaculate and well designed, I stayed in a jr suite, and if you can push I strongly suggest the upgrade it's worth it. I'm not too familiar with Toronto night life, I'm not sure if there are a lot of bars in that specific neighborhood, but I was told it was one of the nicest neighborhoods in the city. I can't remember how the food was, but I liked the vibe of the hotel bar, laid back, not too pretentious or anything. I strongly recommend this hotel and definitely intend on staying there on future visits to Toronto.
