We went here and received free admission because of our Bank of America cards. (Find out more info about this great program here http://museums.bankofamerica.com/ ) It's not a huge museum, but it is set quite nicely and has a good variety of media. Definitely worth visiting once; 1.5 hrs would likely be sufficient for most people. On weekends, street parking is free if you can find it.
