I've been to this place a few times already and now after several mediocre pedi's and mani's I've decided to not go back. Here is why:
-last time I was there, one of the staff was busy making dumplings (she was actually spreading out the wrappers and bent over a large bowl of filling!) at one of the nail stations. YUCK! and is this not a public health issue??
-Paid extra for a shellac manicure that is supposed to last for at least 5-7 days, went back after it chipped the very next day and they wanted to charge me to re-do
-The cleanliness of the place is hit or miss. 1st time I visited it was ok, second and third time I noticed that things may not be sanitized properly, especially the nail clippers, bottles used to hold the lotions and the towels.
