Absolutely will never be back to nail city. My boyfriend and I were both on a list as walk-ins for manicures and after waiting for almost an hour, a girl who came in as a walk in and only waited 20 minutes got taken back by a male nail tech (who had just finished up another client) before my boyfriend or I. When I asked the people who worked there why this was, they had no answer or reason as to why this happened. She had not requested him and did not have an appointment. I asked them why I should still give them my business after this obvious incident of homophobia, they had nothing to say but "sorry" with a blank unapologetic expression. My boyfriend and I walked out which is such a shame because we both work in the cosmetology field and know what it feels like to be tipped well for hair and nail services and always do as such. It's 2017, let's be a little more open minded shall we?
