I was born and raised in chinatown, if you lived there before You gotta know this Pho house. Lately they have switched owners but the food still remained the same. I gotta say this is probably the best pho restaurant in dt. Price is relatively fair compared to 88. Their portion of pho noodles seems to be big and the soup base is very clear and tasty. Definitely legit and owned by vietnamese people. I am always there when ever I am in Chinatown.
